### Connection Overview

To move forward with Orbcomm integration you will need to email fmsupport@orbcomm.com or customer.care@orbcomm.com to request API access credentials.

## Instructions:

1. Email fmsupport@orbcomm.com or customer.care@orbcomm.com to request API access credentials.
2. Once you have completed the initial steps with Orbcomm please provide the API username and password to your assigned MacroPoint Activations Consultant or send to [MPActivations@Descartes.com](mailto:MPActivations@Descartes.com)
